All properties are professionally furnished and come fully equipped to the highest standards. They have everything you need to experience the Florida lifestyle including full air conditioning throughout.

Outside for the sun lovers, there is a private pool, (spa on the 5 Bed villa) and sundeck area which are fully screened. The sundeck area covers the entire width of the property at the back so there is plenty of space to unwind after a hard day at the parks.

Beyond the pool there is a grassed area leading down onto the fairway on the 5 bed villa and onto a conservation area with the 4 bed villa.


The kitchen comes fully fitted with all pots & pans, utensils, cutlery, plates & glassware.

There is also a large fridge / freezer with ice maker and iced water / ice dispenser, together with microwave, kettle, full hob & cooker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit.

In the utility cupboard with first aid kit, hoover, ironing board & iron.

Between the kitchen and garage is a separate Laundry Room with a washing machine and separate drier.

A credit card telephone is located in the kitchen area with free local calls.

All self-catering items can be bought locally at the nearby supermarket which is 10 minutes away, as are the shops and restaurants.

The whole area surrounding the pool and spa is screened and is therefore virtually bug-free. Both spa and pool are heatable which can be arranged for a small additional daily charge.

The pool has been modified at the shallow end to be child friendly. It has an extra ledge next to the steps to allow toddlers to play more safely.

The sun deck has also been made out of textured decking material, to reduce slippage. Padded sunbeds, chairs and table are provided, together with pool towels.

After a hectic day at the parks, if you fancy sitting outside and having your meal alfresco, the pool itself and the surrounding area all has lighting to create a gentle atmosphere to help you relax and enjoy that bottle of wine.  


The nearest supermarket to the house is called Publix, which is on a par with a Tesco superstore. The nearest Publix is about 10 minutes away, but also a huge Wal Mart has now also opened.

The Publix chain also now offers an "English" aisle, which has real English food like Robinsons squash drinks etc.

Our recommended places to eat, which are all on the 192 within a 10 minute drive are:-

Black Angus - Steak and Ribs (excellent food, families welcome)

Carrabas - Pasta (well known family restaurant – very popular)

Sizzler - Steak & Salad Bar  (like a Harvester)

Ponderosa - All food types (quick & basic) 


We also have a view that a holiday to Florida is a "big" trip which is not done very often because of the expense and the long flight. Families will usually want to make it as enjoyable as possible by having nice accommodation which can be shared with other family members and friends.
